She has led enterprise‑level operational transformations for high‑growth and multinational companies, launching 20+ international entities, establishing four global shared service centers, and expanding operational footprints for more than 40 countries. 

A specialist in turnarounds and restructuring, Jean has revitalized underperforming entities — creating clear go-to-market strategies, transforming negative P&Ls into top‑performing regions, elevating service delivery to “above expectations,” land driving profitability improvements.  She is known for her ability to build from zero, operationalize strategy, and create systems that scale. She has deep expertise in global compliance, technology and systems integration, multi‑country workforce models, supply chain operations, and enterprise change management.
